建筑工程造价指标测算模型研究及应用分析

建立基于BP神经网络的造价指标测算模型,利用BP神经网络反向传播来不断调整网络的权值和阈值特点,实现测算模型的智能预测。文中对多个工程单方造价的单方输出测算值和实际值进行对比分析,评价造价指标测算模型是否满足实际精度要求,以期为造价指标测算提供一定理论参考和工程应用借鉴。

The cost index calculation model based on BP neural network is established,and the back propagation of BP neural network is used to continuously adjust the weight and threshold characteristics of the network to realize the intelligent prediction of the calculation model.This article compares and analyzes the calculated and actual output values of multiple engineering unit costs,evaluates whether the cost indicator calculation model meets the actual accuracy requirements,in order to provide theoretical reference and engineering application reference for cost indicator calculation.
