摘要 文中以某中学建设项目为例,确定了初始设计、投资估算、施工组织设计和工程量计算为关键内容。通过模糊综合评价法评估该项目的整体风险为中等,并提供了相应的控制思路。该方法在实践中证实了其有效性和实用性,对于全过程造价控制管理具有指导意义。 Taking one Middle School construction project as an example,the initial design,investment estimation,construction organization design and quantity calculation were identified as key aspects.The overall risk of the project was assessed as medium by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and corresponding control ideas were provided.The method has proven its effectiveness and practicality in practice,and has guiding significance for the whole process cost control management.
