基于AHP-模糊综合评价法的EPC工程总承包施工阶段风险评价研究

摘要 文中构建了基于AHP-模糊综合评价法的EPC工程总承包施工阶段风险评价体系,并通过研究相关文献,共确定了4个一级指标:人的因素、管理因素、设备和材料因素、地理环境因素,以及13个二级指标,以江西省某EPC总承包项目为研究对象进行了实例分析,验证了该方法的实用性和可行性,对实际EPC工程中施工阶段风险的评价与研究具有一定参考价值。 This paper establishes a risk assessment system for the construction phase of EPC projects based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.By studying relevant literature,four primary indicators are determined:human factors,management factors,equipment and material factors,and geographical environmental factors,as well as thirteen secondary indicators.An empirical analysis is conducted on an EPC project in Jiangxi Province,to validate the practicality and feasibility of this method.The research and evaluation of construction phase risks in actual EPC projects have certain reference value.
