This article aims to explore the core competitiveness and practice of electromechanical design management.Firstly,the core competitiveness of electromechanical design management was analyzed,including technical expertise and innovation ability,project management and coordination ability,cost control and efficiency optimization ability,risk management and problem-solving ability.Secondly,through practical case analysis,this paper elaborates on the practical testing and effectiveness of applying advanced technology to optimize mechanical and electrical design,fine management of mechanical and electrical cost control,risk management,and problem-solving.
