聚丙烯纤维增强混凝土的力学和耐久性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 文中对聚丙烯纤维混凝土的7 d和28 d龄期的力学性能、抗氯离子渗透性能和抗酸侵蚀性能进行了研究,聚丙烯纤维的掺量分别为0、0.25%、0.5%、0.75%、1.0%、1.25%和1.5%。结果表明,相较于空白混凝土试块相比,聚丙烯纤维加入能够有效改善混凝土的力学和耐久性能。其中聚丙烯纤维的掺量为1.0%时,其抗氯离子渗透性能和抗酸侵蚀性能最优。 In this paper,the mechanical properties at 7 and 28 days,chloride penetration resistance and acid resistance properties of concrete reinforced with different proportions polypropylene fibers(PP fibers)were investigated.The proportions of PP fibers in concrete were 0,0.25%,0.5%,0.75%,1.0%,1.25%and 1.5%volume fraction of concrete.The results showed that the mechanical properties were improved.The absorbed fracture energy and impact energy were provided by the mechanisms of matrix cracking,PP fiber/matrix interface debonding,fiber pull-out and fiber rupture.Meanwhile,the chloride penetration resistance and acid resistance properties were improved.The optimum properties of PP fiber concrete was obtained with the 1.0%PP fiber.
