某高层立体车库结构设计要点与分析

摘要 南昌市某高层立体车库,地下一层,地上27层,建筑高度53.70 m,采用钢框架中心支撑结构体系。地震作用产生的位移比风荷载作用下产生的位移小很多,结构布置主要由风荷载作用下Y方向计算结果控制。采用钢框架中心支撑结构体系,能有效控制水平位移,结构受力性能优越。主体钢构件在工厂模块化生产,现场采用高强螺栓安装,符合当前绿色施工和建筑节能减排政策,促进建筑业转型升级。本项目单体装配率为68.18%,可评价为A级装配式建筑。 A high-rise stereo garage in Nanchang has one underground floor and 27 floors above the ground,with height of 53.70m.The concentrically X-braced steel frame is adopted.The displacement caused by earthquake action is much smaller than that caused by the wind load action.The structural layout is basically controlled by the calculated results of wind load in Y-direction.The structural system of concentrically X-braced steel frame can effectively control the horizontal displacement,whose structural mechanical performance is superior.The main steel member is modularly fabricated in the factory,and installed with high-strength bolts on site,which conforms to the current policies of green construction,building energy conservation and emission reduction,also promotes the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.The assembly rate of this project is 68.18%,which can be evaluated as Class A Prefabricated building.
