钢筋砼-组合梁(钢梁)钢套筒节点设计探讨

摘要 文中结合国内外钢筋混凝土柱-钢梁混合节点的实际应用和规范要求,对RCS混合节点在某工程的实际应用进行了详细评述并进行有限元分析。为适应钢筋混凝土柱与钢梁混合框架结构在工程实践中实现大跨钢梁的设计,提出一种性能优越、构造简单的内置隔板的新RCS混合节点构造形式,该节点由节点区钢套筒和内置的三个井字型横隔板构成,该设计不仅可提供足够的受剪承载力,同时钢套筒又可对核心区混凝土形成有效约束,可实现抗震设计中“强节点,弱构件”的设计理念。 Combined with the practical application and specification requirements of reinforced concrete column-steel beam mixed node at home and abroad,the practical application of RCS mixed node in a project is reviewed in detail and analyzed for finite element analysis.In order to adapt to the reinforced concrete column and steel beam mixed frame structure in engineering practice,put forward a performance is superior,the simple internal partition new RCS mixed node structure form,the node consists of node area steel sleeve and built-in three well type horizontal partition,this design can not only provide enough shear bearing capacity,steel sleeve and can form effective constraints on core concrete,can realize the design concept of"strong node,weak component"in the design.
