文中以利益协同理念为指导,提出了一种基于利益协同的工程施工进度管理方法,对指导工程项目实践具有一定的理论价值,为进一步深化利益协同理念在工程施工进度管理领域的应用提供了借鉴。

Guided by the concept of benefit collaboration,this paper proposes a construction schedule management method based on benefit collaboration,it has a certain theoretical and practical value to guide the practice of engineering projects,and provides a reference for further deepening the application of the concept of benefit collaboration in the field of engineering construction schedule management.
