摘要
文中针对工厂项目EPC模式工程造价风险管理及其应对策略展开研究,强调了工程造价风险识别和评估在EPC模式工程造价风险管理中的重要性,提出了甲方应当合理采用规避、转移、减轻和应急管理等多种风险应对方法,指出了工程造价风险管理需要不断创新和优化的必要性,探索出新技术、新方法和新模型,进一步提高了风险管理的效率和精度,优化了工程造价管理的体系和流程。
This paper studies the project cost risk management in EPC mode of factory projects and its coping strategies,emphasizes the importance of project cost risk identification and assessment in EPC mode project cost risk management,and proposes that Party A should reasonably adopt various risk coping methods such as avoidance,transfer,mitigation and emergency management.The paper points out the necessity of continuous innovation and optimization of project cost risk management,adopts new technology,new methods and new models to improve the efficiency and accuracy of risk management,and further optimizes the system and process of project cost management.Like.
