基于熵权法的市政工程项目成本管理研究

Research on Cost Management of Municipal Engineering Projects Based on Entropy

文中首先以大量的施工成本文献为基础,结合项目经验,建立了市政工程项目施工成本控制评价指标体系。其次,通过采用专家打分法并利用熵权法,获取了指标体系中各一、二级指标的权重。最后,根据熵权法的计算结果,有针对性地提出了市政工程项目成本控制的具体措施。研究表明,材料因素对成本的影响最大(0.3240),其次是人的因素(0.2330),最后依次为管理因素(0.1981)、方法因素(0.1875)、施工机械设备因素(0.0573)。本研究为进一步优化市政工程项目成本控制策略提供了新思路。

Based on a large number of construction cost literature and project experience,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of municipal engineering project construction cost control.Secondly,by using expert scoring method and entropy weight method,the weights of the first and second indexes in the index system are obtained.Finally,according to the calculation result of entropy weight method,the specific measures of municipal engineering project cost control are put forward.The study shows that material factor has the greatest impact on cost(0.3240),followed by human factor(0.2330),management factor(0.1981),method factor(0.1875),and construction machinery and equipment factor(0.0573).This study provides a new idea for further optimizing the cost control strategy of municipal engineering projects.
