摘要
文中对高速公路混凝土抗弯强度特性进行研究,以水泥、矿物掺合料、细集料、粗集料、外加剂及水为原材料制作混凝土试块,采用WDW-50型万能试验机,测量试件抗弯强度值,分析不同影响因素下高速公路混凝土抗弯强度特性。试验结果表明,当水灰比为0.28时,混凝土抗弯强度达到最大值8.65MPa;当骨料粒径为120目时,混凝土抗弯强度达到最大值7.58MPa;当龄期为50d时,混凝土抗弯强度达到最大值8.21MPa;当温度为20℃时,混凝土抗弯强度达到最大值7.91MPa。由此证明,水灰比、骨料粒径、龄期、温度对高速公路混凝土抗弯强度特性影响显著。
This study conducted a study on the flexural tensile strength characteristics of highway concrete.Using cement,mineral admixtures,fine aggregates,coarse aggregates,admixtures,and water as raw materials,concrete specimens were first made,and then subjected to bending and tensile tests using a WDW-50 universal testing machine.The flexural and tensile strength values of the specimens were measured to analyze the flexural and tensile strength characteristics of highway concrete under different influencing factors.The test results show that when the water cement ratio is 0.28,the flexural tensile strength of concrete reaches the maximum value of 8.65 MPa;When the particle size of the aggregate is 120 mesh,the maximum flexural tensile strength of the concrete reaches 7.58 MPa;When the age is 50 days,the flexural tensile strength of concrete reaches the maximum value of 8.21MPa;When the temperature is 20℃,the flexural tensile strength of concrete reaches the maximum value of 7.91MPa.This can prove that the water cement ratio,aggregate particle size,age,and temperature have a significant impact on the flexural tensile strength characteristics of highway concrete.
