钢结构工程用高强度大六角头螺栓连接副扭矩系数影响因素试验分析

摘要 文中以钢结构工程为研究对象,从大六角头螺栓连接副的角度,对该螺栓在钢结构工程中的应用进行简单介绍,对大六角头螺栓连接副扭矩系数的影响因素进行试验,探究扭转扳手加载试验速度、高强螺栓磷化膜风化作用、螺栓表面螺纹以及检测环境对试验结果的影响,以供参考。 In this paper,steel structure engineering is taken as the research object,and the application background of the bolt in steel structure engineering is briefly introduced from the point of view of the large hexagon-head bolt connection pair.The influencing factors of torque coefficient of the large hexagon-head bolt connection pair are tested,and the effects of loading test speed of theto rsion wrench,weathering of phosphating film of high-strength bolt,surface thread of bolt and testing environment on the test results are explored,for references.
