摘要 为研究复杂地质条件下钻孔灌注桩成桩技术与质量控制措施,文中依托工程实例,以溶洞存在环境下钻孔灌注桩施工技术为研究对象。根据地质补勘资料,通过技术方案优化,针对性地提出了“粘土片石回填”和“钢护筒跟进+粘土片石回填”两种溶洞处理措施,后经成桩质量检测,结果表明,针对本工程制定的施工技术和溶洞处理方案合理可行,I类桩占比达到97.8%,Ⅱ类桩占比2.2%,达到质量控制目标。 In order to study the pile forming process and quality control measures of bored piles under complex geological conditions,the article relies on engineering examples and takes the construction technology of bored piles in the presence of karst caves as the research object.Based on geological supplementary exploration data and technical scheme optimization,two targeted measures for karst cave treatment,namely"Clay rubble backfilling"and"Steel casing follow-up+Clay rubble backfilling",are proposed.After pile quality inspection,The results indicate that the construction technology and karst cave treatment plan developed for this project are reasonable and feasible,with Class I piles accounting for 97.8%and Class II piles accounting for 2.2%,achieving the quality control goal.
