摘要
文中对铜矿企业采选后尾矿的物理化学性质、粒度组成、主要矿物元素品位等进行分析,并结合铜尾矿资源化利用示范线的生产装备,研究铜尾矿在分级、脱泥、脱水等工艺处理后生产的两种不同粒径的粗、细尾矿副产品,并对粗、细铜尾矿分别作为建材产品原料进行试验应用研究。同时,论证了某矿山分级铜尾矿可用于加气砖、混凝土、固化砖等建材产品,有效提升了矿山固废处置能力,可为同类型尾矿资源化利用提供参考借鉴。
The article analyzes the physical and chemical properties,particle size composition,and main mineral element grades of the tailings from copper mining enterprises after mining.Combined with the production equipment of the copper tailings resource utilization demonstration line,it studies the production of two different sizes of coarse and fine tailings by-products produced by copper tailings after comprehensive processes such as grading,desliming,and dehydration;And conducted experimental application research on coarse and fine copper tailings as raw materials for building materials products,and achieved certain results.The article demonstrates that a certain mine's graded copper tailings can be used for building materials such as aerated bricks,concrete,and solidified bricks,effectively improving the mine's solid waste disposal capacity and providing reference for the resource utilization of similar types of tailings.
