Study on Installation Precision of Section Steel Concrete Structure

文中结合某型钢混凝土结构工程实践,对型钢混凝土结构安装精准度控制进行研究,针对本项目工程的重点、难点部位,对型钢柱、梁安装施工的每道工序进行严格把关,避免了钢筋安装过程中出现的割孔、割板和变更钢筋安装位置等质量问题,减少了材料和人工的浪费,也保证了结构工程的施工质量。

Based on the engineering practice of a section concrete steesl tructure,this paper studies the precision control of sectionc oncrete structure installation.According to the key and difficult parts of this project,each procedure of section steel column and beam installation is required to be strictly checked to avoid the quality problems such as cutting holes,cutting plates and changing the instalal tion position of steel bars in the process of steel reinforcement installationR.educe the waste of materials and labor,but also ensure the construction quality of structural engineering.
