摘要
文中以提高挂篮施工的安全性为目标,研究了大跨度连续梁桥挂篮施工技术。以青岚大桥工程为例,基于工程特点,对挂篮结构进行设计,重点设计挂篮的承重系统和走行系统。然后采用现场堆载法进行挂篮预压,最后分析挂篮安装施工安全保证措施,并给出挂篮安装的具体步骤及方法。通过挂篮荷载预压测试结果可知,实测结果与理论计算值相差不大,说明在不同荷载下挂篮承载力较强,稳定性较高。
To improve the safety of hanging basket construction,the contsruction technology of large-span continuous beam bridge is studied.Taking the Qinglan Bridge project as an example,fully considering the characteristics of the project,the structure of the hanging basket is designed,focusing on the load-bearing system and walking system of the hanging basket.Then the on-site heap load method is used to prepress the hanging basket,and finally the safety assurance measures of hanging basket installation are analyzed,and the specific steps and methods of hanging basket installation are given.According tot he prepressure test results of the hanging basket load,the maesured results are not much different from the theoretical calculated value,which indicates that the hanging basket has strong bearing capacitya nd high stability under different loads.
