摘要
为探究水泥搅拌桩堆载排水固结加固软土地基情况,文中基于实际工况,采用“先桩后堆”和“先堆后桩”两种施工工艺进行对比试验,测试水泥搅拌桩的标贯质量、抗压强度、土压力传递以及静力触探情况,由此分析两种施工工艺的加固效果,得出以下结论,地基开展堆载可使土层得到固结作用,土压力传递值增大,土颗粒孔隙比减小,标贯击数与抗压强度增大,桩底强度低于桩顶强度;预先插打排水板,可提高桩侧摩阻力,“先堆后桩”和“先桩后堆”施工工艺均可改善土层物理性质,但前者可避免后期持续沉降现象,施工周期较长;后者施工工期较短、节省费用。
To explore the situation of soft soil foundation of cement mixing pile,Based on the actual working conditions,two construction processes of"pile before pile"and"pile before pile"are adopted for comparative test,The standard penetration quality,compressive strength,soil pressure transfer situation and static touch detection situation of cement mixing pile were tested successively,Thus analyzing the reinforcement effect of the two construction techniques,The following conclusion is drawn:the foundation is first stacked,The soil layer can be consolidated,Increasing of the soil pressure transfer value,Reduce the pore ratio of soil particles,Increase the number osf tandard penetration strokes and the compressive strength,The strength of pile bototm is lower than that of pile top;Pre-the drainage plate,Canim prove the pile side friction resistance,The construction technology of"pilef irst"and"pile first"can improve the physical properties ofs oil layer,But the former can avoid the phenomenon of late continuous settlement,A relatively long construction period,The latter construction period is shorter,save costs.
