建筑材料作为建筑工程造价中占比较大的一部分,其价格的波动会对建筑经济活动产生明显的影响。文中分析了建筑材料价格波动对建筑经济活动的影响,提出了应对建筑材料价格波动影响的主要对策。

As a relatively large part of the cost of construction projects,the fluctuations in the price of construction materials will have a significant impact on construction economic activities.This paper analyzes the impact of price fluctuations of building materials on construction economic activities,and proposes major countermeasures to address the impact of price fluctuations of building materials.
