文中以常州市金坛区虹桥新村改造为例,分析了小区内部存在的问题,从建筑质量、配套设施、居住环境等方面进行改善,提出要深入调研、坚持居民需求优先、注意人文内涵,因地制宜、有针对性的改造设计策略。

The paper takes the reconstruction of Hongqiao New Village in Jintan District of Changzhou City as an example,analyzes the problems existing in the community,and improves the building quality,supporting facilities,living environment and other aspects.It proposes to carry out in-depth research,adhere to the priority of residents'needs,pay attention to the humanistic connotation,adap tto local conditions and make targeted transformation design strategies.
