固废制备低碳少熟料水泥的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 文中以矿渣、脱硫石膏、钢渣等工业固体废弃物及水泥熟料为主要原料,通过掺入硫酸钠、甲酸钙等激发剂制备低碳水泥胶凝材料,研究了各因素对低碳水泥力学性能的影响。结果表明,当矿渣、脱硫石膏、钢渣、水泥熟料掺量分别占质量的56%、15%、20%、9%,激发剂中硫酸钠0.5%、甲酸钙0.8%时,胶凝体系力学性能最佳,试验所制备的低碳水泥抗压基本可以达到P·O 42.5水泥强度要求。 This article mainly uses industrial solid waste such as slag,desulfurization gypsum,steel residue and other industrial solid waste and cement clinker as the main raw material.It is prepaerd to prepare low-carbon cement gel materials such as sodium uslfate and calcium methadium,and the low carbon cement is studied.Impac tof mechanical performance.Results showed that when the amoun tof slag,desulfurization gypsum,steel residue,and cement clinker accounted for 56%、20%、15%and 9%of the quality,when the sodium sulfate doping is 0.5%,and the calcium metic acid doping is 0.8%in the excitationt,the mechanical performance of the gel system isb est,the lowcarbon cement pressure prepared by the test meets the P·O 42.5 cement strength requirements.
