Application and Research of Super-large Diameter Parallel Pipe Jacking Technology in Comprehensive Pipe Gallery

为解决综合管廊建设中面临的穿越现状水系的难题,文中以厦门市新机场蔡厝片区某工程为实例,结合综合管廊的技术要求和顶管工法的特点,介绍了大断面长距离浅覆土平行顶管的设计要点,包括掘进方案、管节防水、沉井设置等内容,实现了指导作业施工、确保工程安全质量的目的,以期为类似非常规项目提供技术借鉴。

In order to solve the problem of crossing the current water ssytem in the construction of the integrated pipe gallery,this paper takes a project in Caicuo area of Xiamen New Airport as an example,and combines the technical requirements of the integrated pipe gallery and the characteristics of the pipe-jacking method,introduces thed esign points of the large section,long distance,shallow ovebrurden and parallel pipe-jacking,including the excavation plan,pipe joint waterpor of,caisson setting,etc.,to achieve the purpose of guiding hte operation and ensuring the safety and quality of the project,It is expected to provide technical reference for similar unconventional projects.
