文中以浙江舟山市临城开发区某办公大楼为例,对预应力管桩偏位、断裂补强、效果检测等施工问题进行了分析,并提出了具体控制措施。

Taking an office building in Lincheng Development Zone,Zhoushan City,Zhejiang province as an example,this paper analyzes hte construction problems of prestressed pipe pile deviation,fracture reinforcement,and effect detection of the project,and puts forward specific control measures.It has accumulated experience to solve the technical treatment problem of broken pile in static pressure pile.
