Talking about the Key Points of Civil Construction Management in Comprehensive Hospitals

文中以四川大学华西厦门医院建设项目(以下简称“华西厦门医院项目”)为案例,对项目土建施工管理要点进行了研究,目的是通过加强土建施工管理提升施工质量水平,兼顾施工进度、质量与安全控制,高效完成施工管理工作,为综合性医院项目的建设提供保障。

This study takes the West China Xiamen Hospital Construction Project of Sichuan University(hereinafter referred to as the"West China Xiamen Hospital Project")as the object to study the key points of civil construction management of the project,with the purpose of improving the construction quality level by strengthening the civil construction management,taking into account the construction progress,quality and safety control,efficiently completing the construction management work,and providing guarantee for the overall construction of the comprehensive hospital project.
