高层公寓外墙保温装饰一体板施工及质量控制研究

Research on the Construction and Quality Control of Exterior Wall Insulation Decoration Integrated Board in High-rise Apartments

为提升建筑外墙保温效果,文中提出一种外墙保温装饰一体板施工控制方法,分析了一体板结构组成特点,并根据实际施工经验设计施工流程,包括基层处理、锚固件安装、胶粘剂使用以及竣工检验等环节,针对上述环节给出具体的施工方法,最后通过工程实例验证得出,文中方法控制下外墙保温装饰一体板的耐水强度与拉伸粘结强度均符合相关标准,由此说明其具备较高的实际应用价值。

In order to improve the insulation effect of building exterior wall,a construction control method of exterior wall insulation decoration integrated board is proposed.First of all,the characteristics of the integrated plate structure are analyzed,and the construction process is designed according to the actual construction experience,including base treatment,anchorage parts installation,adhesive use and completion inspection and other links,and speific construction methods are given for the above links.Finally,through engineering examples,it is concluded that the water resistance strength and tensile bond strength of extermal wall insulation decoration integrated board under the control of this method meet the relevant standards,indicating that it has high practical application value.
