粉煤灰替代硅酸盐熟料对水泥物理性能的影响

摘要 文中研究了粉煤灰替代硅酸盐熟料对水泥标准稠度用水量、凝结时间、安定性、密度、比表面积、胶砂流动度和胶砂强度等物理性能的影响。结果表明,随着粉煤灰中硅酸盐熟料比例的增加,密度、胶砂强度和标准稠度用水量的数值减小,而胶砂流动度、比表面积的数值不断增大,且对安定性的影响不明显。粉煤灰替代硅酸盐熟料后,对水泥胶砂强度的影响比较大,3d和28d抗压强度均随着粉煤灰替代比例的增大而显著降低,3d和28d抗折强度随着粉煤灰替代比例的增加而降幅较小,且当粉煤灰掺量低于10%时,28d抗折强度甚至略有增长。 The article studied the effects of replacing silicate clinker with fly ash on the physical properties of cement,such as water consumption for standard consistency,setting time,stability,density,specific surface area,fluidity of mortar,and strength of mortar.The research results indicate that as the proportion of silicate clinker in fly ash increases,the values of density,mortar strength,and standard consistency water consumption decrease,while the values of mortar fluidity and specific surface area continue to increase,and the impact on stability is not significant.After replacing silicate clinker with fly ash,the impact on the strength of cement mortar is relatively large.The compressive strength at 3d and 28d significantly decreases with the increase of fly ash replacement ratio,while the flexural strength at 3d and 28d decreases slightly with the increase of fly ash replacement ratio.Moreover,when the fly ash content is lower than 10%,the flexural strength at 28d even slightly increases.Download(CAJ format)Download(PDF format)
