摘要 盾构机穿越浅覆盖富水砂层时易出现开挖面失稳、涌水涌砂、掘进姿态难控制等工程难题。文中根据南昌地层实际情况给出相应的盾构机掘进参数建议值,并对盾构掘进的参数统计分析,得到了在浅覆盖透水层掘进时的盾构主要控制参数;在分析河面冒泡现象及原因的基础上,提出针对性的防控措施,并验证控制措施实施的有效性,以期为类似工程施工提供参考。 When the shield machine passes through the shallow water rich sand layer,it is easy to encounter engineering problems such as instability of the excavation face,water and sand gushing,and difficult to control the driving attitude.In this paper,according to the actual situation of Nanchang stratum,the recommended values of shield tunneling parameters are given,and the main control parameters of shield tunneling in shallow overburden layer are obtained through statistical analysis of the parameters of shield tunneling.On the basis of statistical analysis of water and sand inflow phenomena and causes,prevention and control measures are proposed.The effectiveness of the implementation of control measures is verified,so as to provide reference for similar engineering construction.
