科学的项目标段划分,对减轻建设单位的管理负担与保障施工安全、实现工期目标具有重要的意义。文中通过分析建设项目的标段划分及多标段招标情况,以项目进行多标段划分时招标文件条款的要求设定和定标方式为突破点,分析标段划分的利弊、影响标段划分的因素和原则、定标方式的建议。希望能够为建设单位提供有价值的参考。

The scientific division of bid sections for construction projects is of great significance for reducing the management burden of the construction unit and achieving the construction safety and duration goals.By analyzing the division of bid sections and multi bid invitation of construction projects,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of bid section division,factors and principles affecting bid section division,and suggestions on bid selection methods from the perspective of requirements setting and bid selection methods of bidding documents when the project is divided into multiple bid sections,hoping to provide valuable reference for the construction unit.
