基于我国房地产市场竞争态势日益严峻,房地产项目成本管理的重要性越发凸显。如何进一步提高自身的成本管理能力已成为现阶段我国房地产企业需要重点思考的问题。文中以漳州市X房地产项目为具体研究案例,以其项目成本管理现状为切入点,阐述了管理优化路径,希望为房地产企业成本管理能力的提升提供借鉴和参考。

Based on the increasingly severe competition situation in China’s real estate market,the importance of real estate project cost management is increasingly prominent.How to further improve their own cost management ability has become a key issue for China’s real estate enterprises at this stage.Taking the X real estate project in Zhangzhou City as a specific research case,taking the current situation of its project cost management as the starting point,this paper expounds the management optimization path,hoping to provide reference and reference for the improvement of the cost management ability of real estate enterprises.
