文中以XP双语学校工程为例,对工程造价控制方法进行了研究,对该项目投资决策、工程设计、招投标、施工及竣工结算等各阶段开展全过程工程造价控制,取得了一定的成效。

Taking XP bilingual school project as an example,the project cost control method is studied,and the investment decision of the project,engineering design,bidding,construction and completion settlement are controlled,and has achieved certain results.
