当前,房地产市场趋于饱和,消费需求变化以及一系列宏观调控措施的出台,导致行业竞争加剧,企业必须更有效地控制成本,通过降本增效来提高利润。文中分析了房地产企业成本精细化管理的必要性,并提出了若干精细化管理背景下企业成本控制管理策略。

At present,the saturation of the real estate market,changes in consumer demand and the introduction of a series of macro-control measures have led to the intensification of competition in the real estate industry,which means that enterprises must control costs more effectively and improve profits by reducing costs and increasing efficiency.This paper analyzes the necessity of refined cost management in real estate enterprises,and puts forward some cost control management strategies under refined management.
