摘要
使用年限长的建筑物存在材料强度低、构件缺陷和钢筋锈蚀等问题,与建筑物的安全性能要求不相符。文中分析了钢筋混凝土结构的主要检测鉴定技术,总结了常用的混凝土构件加固技术,基于南昌市某办公楼,对该工程中存在的问题和检测结果进行描述,并提出了相应的加固方法。加固后的结构安全性能显著提升,并有效增加了结构的使用年限,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。
The old buildings have the disadvantage of low mechanical strength,defect and reinforcement corrosion,and it can’t satisfy the current requirement in safety.The paper indicates the detection and evaluation technology on reinforce concrete structure,and the reinforcing technology of the concrete component is summarized.Base on an office building in Nanchang,the existing structural problems and detection results are described in detail,and the corresponding reinforce method is proposed.Both safety and useful life of the reinforced building have a significant improvement,which has good social and economic benefits.
