With the acceleration of urbanization,the reconstruction and resettlement of old houses in cities around the country has become a must for the government in recent years.The resettlement practices vary from place to place.Yiwu has made its own way in the construction of resettlement houses in recent years.From the perspective of the transformation of residential form,this paper expounds the change of residential form in the process of urbanization in Yiwu,explains the process and characteristics of development,and discusses the development process from new community gathering to urban organic renewal.
