论新时代社会治理格局中思想政治工作的作用

On the Role of Ideological and Political Work in the Pattern of Social Governance in New Era

思想政治工作在社会治理中发挥着十分重要的作用,从新时代社会治理格局来看,思想政治工作的作用主要表现为:通过及早发现社会问题、引导思想认识以预防和化解社会矛盾;通过在社会发展中宣传安全发展理念、加强人们面对自然灾害的心理建设以维护公共安全;通过调动群体力量、明确相关责任人工作要求以加强治安防控;通过提供心理指导、对心理危机进行疏导矫治以完善社会心理服务;通过增强社区居民责任感、推动法治和德治进程、发挥家庭家教家风的作用以促进社区治理。

Ideological and political work plays a very important role in social governance.From the perspective of social governance in the new era,the role of ideological and political work is mainly manifested in:early detection of social problems and guiding ideological understanding to prevent and resolve social contradictions;through the promotion of the concept of safe development in social development,strengthening people’s ability to face natural disasters psychological construction to maintain public safety;mobilize group forces and clarify the work requirements of relevant responsible persons to strengthen public security prevention and control;to improve social psychological services by providing psychological guidance and correcting psychological crises;strengthening communities residents with a sense of responsibility,promote the rule of law and the process of rule of virtue,and play the role of family tutors to promote community governance.
