Research progress in oral sustained and controlled release preparations

口服缓控释制剂具有恒速释药、给药次数少、降低胃肠道不适、体内外相关性良好等优点,已在慢性疾病治疗方面得到普遍应用。该文综述了口服缓控释制剂类型、常用辅料、临床应用等方面的研究现状,以期促进口服缓控释制剂更加安全、有效的临床治疗效应,同时为新型缓控释制剂的研发提供参考。

Oral sustained and controlled release preparations have been widely used in the treatment of chronic diseases because of their advantages such as constant speed release,fewer times of administration,reduction of gastrointestinal discomfort and better in vivo and in vitro correlation.This paper reviews the current research on the types,common excipients and clinical applications of oral sustained and controlled release preparations in order to promote safer and more effective clinical treatment of chronic diseases,while providing reference for the research and development of new sustained and controlled release preparations.
