青年男性军人血清中5种维生素参考值范围的探讨

Reference ranges of vitamins in serum of young male soldiers

目的检测我军青年男性军人血清中5种维生素含量,探讨其血清维生素参考值范围。方法选取1050名健康青年男性军人为调查对象,采用液相色谱-质谱串联法(LC-MS/MS法)对其血清中维生素A、B_(1)、B_(2)、D和E含量进行检测。结果①筛选前血清维生素含量水平及参考值范围,维生素A(mg/L):0.52(0.43,0.63),0.29~0.87;维生素B_(1)(nmol/L):9(7,12),1.6~22;维生素B_(2)(nmol/L):21(13,35.5),6.07~88.50;维生素D(ng/ml):20.50(17.06,24.14),11.13~33.89;维生素E(mg/L):8.91(7.31,10.10),5.21~14.66。②按行业标准或百分位数法筛选后得出的血清维生素含量水平及参考值范围,维生素A(mg/L):0.53(0.44,0.63),0.33~0.87;维生素B_(1)(nmol/L):9(7,11),3~14;维生素B_(2)(nmol/L):21(14,31),10~49;维生素D(ng/ml):23.80(21.90,26.79),20.10~36.28;维生素E(mg/L):8.91(7.74,9.95),6.68~11.38。结论提出按行业标准或百分位数法筛选后的青年男性军人血清维生素参考值范围。

Objective To detect the contents of vitamin A,B_(1),B_(2),D,and E in serum in young male soldiers and to explore the reference ranges of the above five vitamins in serum.Methods A total of 1050 healthy young male soldiers from different troops were randomly enrolled,whose serum vitamins were determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).Results①The levels and reference ranges of serum vitamins before screening were A(mg/L)0.52(0.43,0.63),0.29-0.87;B_(1)(nmol/L)9(7,12),1.6-22;B_(2)(nmol/L)21(13,35.5),6.07-88.50;D(ng/ml)20.50(17.06,24.14),11.13-33.89 and E(mg/L)8.91(7.31,10.10),5.21-14.66.②After screening based on the health industry standards or percentile method,they were A(mg/L)0.53(0.44,0.63),0.33-0.87;B_(1)(nmol/L)9(7,11),3-14;B_(2)(nmol/L)21(14,31),10-49;D(ng/ml)23.80(21.90,26.79),20.10-36.28 and E(mg/L)8.91(7.74,9.95),6.68-11.38.Conclusion The reference ranges of five vitamins in serum of young male soldiers after screening based on the health industry standards or percentile method are recommended.
