Design and application of health protection investigation system for soldiers in special environment

摘要 目的研发针对不同环境、岗位的特殊环境军人卫生防护状况调查系统,旨在掌握影响军人健康和战斗力的主要环境危害因素性质和剂量、损伤种类和程度、防护措施内容与效果,明确军事作业环境危害现状和趋势,为改善和提升现有卫生防护措施提供科学参考。方法运用数据处理、深度融合分析技术,采用B/S(Browser/Server)架构设计了包含基本信息、职业损伤、影响因素、防护措施等4个模块的军人卫生防护状况调查系统。系统对某通信团、某陆军边防团、某作战旅、某综合仓库、某雷达站、某电子对抗连、某营房保障队、某研究院等进行了实地应用,完成了对战士、班组负责人、指导员、医护人员等多类别人员的数据采集,然后通过系统对采集的数据进行清洗、分类、存储、分析,通过数据算法分析技术,得出各个单位的卫生防护状况。结果与结论通过对62个单位、694名军人进行数据采集、自动分析,该系统能有效完成各个单位防护状况的数据汇总、分类存储以及自动分析,分析结果可为各个单位的卫生防护决策提供数据支撑,并为全军各单位的卫生防护状况研究提供数据参考。 Objective To develop an investigation system for health protection of military personnel in different environments and jobs,in order to find out about the nature and dose of main environmental hazards to soldiers′health and combat effectiveness,the types and degrees of damage,the content and effect of protective measures.Methods The data investigation and analysis system for the health and operational ability of soldiers adopted B/S(Browser/Server)architecture that combined with data processing,deep fusion analysis and other technologies,had four modules covering basic information,occupational disease,influencing factors,and protective measures.The system was put into use in different institutions.In the process of application,the system was able to collect data,about various personnel and determine the level of health protection in each unit via cleaning,classification,storage,analysis and data algorithm analysis.Results and Conclusion Through the data collection and automatic analysis of 694 soldiers in 62 military units,the system can effectively complete data collection,classification storage and automatic analysis of the current level of protection of each unit.The analysis results can provide data support for the health protection decision-making of each unit,and provide data reference related research in the army.
