摘要
目的研究潜水作业各类意外情况的处置流程和专家系统实现方法。方法综合水下和高气压环境特点、潜水技术和装备应用、潜水医学保障技术,全面分析潜水作业各个环节和流程中可能发生的各类意外情况,设计详细应对流程,并开发专家系统以提升实践应用效果。结果潜水意外处置系统全面涵盖了潜水作业过程中的各项意外,包括减压不当、意外事件、紧急减压、例外暴露、疾病救治五大类,可对百余种应急情况提供智能判断辅助和处理指导。结论该系统能有效指导潜水作业意外处置,提升事故应对的科学性和有效性。
Objective To study the process of handling a variety of diving accidents and the realization by the expert system.Methods Based on the features of underwater and hyperbaric surroundings,diving techniques and equipment,and diving medical support technologies,possible accidents during diving operation were identified and analyzed.The procedures of handling potential accidents were designed in detailed flow charts.An expert system for execution was developed.Results The diving accident management system covered each kind of accident during diving operation,which could be divided into five categories:improper decompression,accidents,emergency decompression,exceptional exposure,and disease treatment.The system could provide intelligent judgment assistance and guidance for more than one hundred types of emergencies.Conclusion The system can effectively guide accident handling during diving operation and improve the validity and efficiency of accident response.
