高原环境对卫生人员救护能力影响的研究 被引量:2

Influence of plateau environment on treatment capacity of health personnel

摘要 目的研究驻平原地区卫生人员进入高原后,高原环境对人员救护能力的影响。方法随机抽取某部卫生人员60人,分别在66、3810、4520 m 3个海拔高度用包扎、止血、固定、搬运、卫生帐篷的展开和撤收等操作来反映卫生人员的救护能力,探究高原环境对卫生人员操作时间和生理指标的影响。结果与海拔66 m的平原地区相比,止血、包扎、固定、搬运的操作用时,海拔3810 m用时是其1.65倍、海拔4520 m用时是其2.31倍;卫生帐篷的展开和撤收,海拔3810 m用时是其1.48倍、海拔4520 m用时是其1.61倍。随着海拔的升高,呼吸、脉搏明显加快,血氧饱和度有所下降,血压有轻度升高,体温无明显变化。结论高原环境对卫生人员的体能、技能和生理指标均产生影响,应提前进行适应性训练和高原医疗技术培训,以提高救护水平。 Objective To explore the influence of the plateau environment on the treatment capacity of health personnel.Methods Sixty healthy workers were randomly selected from the troops.Operation related to hemostasis,bandaging,fixation,transportation of the wounded,and health tents were used to reflect the treatment capacity of these health care providers.To study the influence of the plateau environment on the time taken by operation and physiological indexes of health workers,the related indexes at altitudes of 66 m,3810 m and 4520 m were measured,respectively.Results Compared with the plain area at an altitude of 66 meters,the time taken by hemostasis,bandaging,fixation,transportation of the wounded increased 1.65 times at 3810 m and 2.31 times at 4520 m.It took 1.48 times and 1.61 times more time to put up and dismantle health tents at an altitude of 3810 m and 4520 m.An increase in altitude accelerated respiration and pulse rate,but decreased oxygen saturation,slightly increased blood pressure,but did not change body temperature significantly.Conclusion The plateau environment has a significant impact on the physical fitness,skills and physiological indexes of health workers.Therefore,adaptation training and altitude medical technical training should be carried out in advance to improve the rescue level.
