新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)具有传染源隐蔽、传播途径多样化、临床症状差异大等特点,一线救治医务人员具有极高的感染风险。火神山医院担负着新型冠状病毒肺炎救治任务,建立全方位的防护体系,确保医务人员的安全是开展医疗救治工作的前提和保障。健全的制度流程,全面的培训,全过程的督导,有力的硬件保障,是全方位防护体系的重要构成。该文根据作者在火神山医院工作经历,对此作一梳理,为今后开展此类救治任务提供参考。

COVID-19 is characterized by hidden infection sources,diversified transmission channels,and huge differences in clinical symptoms.The frontline medical staff is at high risk of infection.Wuhan Huoshenshan Hospital is responsible for the treatment of patients with COVID-19.To establish a comprehensive protection system and ensure the safety of medical personnel is the prerequisite and guarantee for medical treatment.A sound system and procedures,comprehensive training,supervision throughout the process,and powerful hardware guarantee are important components of a comprehensive protection system.Based on the author’s work experience at Wuhan Huoshenshan Hospital,this article summarizes the essentials of the system in order to provide reference for such rescue missions in the future.
