170例招飞合格学员24 h可穿戴动态心电检测结果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨传统招飞医学选拔合格学员24 h可穿戴动态心电检测情况,为改进招飞医学选拔心电检测技术方法提供科学依据。方法从2019年度空军招飞定选医学选拔全部合格的学员中,随机抽取170名学员进行24 h可穿戴动态心电监测,在此期间受试者需按空军招飞要求完成规定的心理选拔项目,对受试者舒适度、检出阳性结果情况等进行分析,并与招飞标准进行比较。结果170名学员中无效数据6例(3.53%),有效数据164例(96.47%)。主诉穿戴无明显不适131例(77.06%),检测出心律失常67例(40.85%)、ST-T改变9例(5.49%)。参照我军现行空军招飞医学选拔心电图标准,心律失常不合格29例(17.68%),综合评定合格38例(23.17%);ST-T改变不合格2例(1.22%),综合评定合格7例(4.27%);88例(53.66%)未见明显异常。结论可穿戴动态心电监测设备操作简便,舒适度良好,能实现实时连续心电数据采集,数据质量稳定,可有效提高招飞医学选拔心电异常检出率。 Objective To explore the applicability of the 24 h wearable dynamic ECG monitoring system in qualified students selected by traditional pilot recruitment medical examination of Air Force,and to provide reference for improving traditional methods of ECG examination during pilot recruitment medical examination of Air Force.Methods Totally 170 students were selected randomly from qualified students in the pilot recruitment medical examination of Air Fore in 2019.These students were required to finish certain psychological selection items.The degree of comfort and positive results were analyzed and compared with the admission standards.Results Among the 170 students,there were 6 invalid cases(3.53%)and 164 valid cases(96.47%).131 cases(77.06%)reported no obvious discomfort.67 cases(40.85%)of arrhyth⁃mia and 9 cases(5.49%)of ST⁃T change were detected.According to the current electrocardiogram standard for pilot re⁃cruitment medical examination of Air Force,29 cases(17.68%)of arrhythmia were unqualified,and 38 cases(23.17%)were comprehensively assessed as qualified.2 cases(1.22%)of ST⁃T change were unqualified,and 7 cases(4.27%)were comprehensively assessed as qualified.No obvious abnormality was found in 88 cases(53.66%).Conclusion The wear⁃able dynamic ECG monitoring system is comfortable and easy to operate.Real⁃time and continuous ECG data collection can be made possible with stable quality.It can effectively improve the ECG detection rate of anomalies in pilot recruitment medical examination of Air Force.
