关于加强军事医学中医药创新体系建设的思考

Better innovation systems of traditional Chinese medicine in military medicine

中医药学在军队卫勤保障中发挥了重要作用,是我军独有的优势与特色。为适应新时代军队建设需求,有效保障官兵健康,增强部队作战能力和维护国家生物安全,亟需突破中西医结合基础理论、关键技术、临床循证和药物研发瓶颈问题,扩大中医药在军事医学领域的应用,重点开展军事中医药理论、理法方药循证、创新中药发现和中西医结合临床研究,以加强军事医学中医药创新体系建设。该文回顾军事中医药发展历史和成绩,立足新时代军事中医药建设迫切需求,首次提出军事中医药创新体系建设基本思路,以期为军队中医药建设提供创新理论支持。

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has played an important role in military health service.It is also a unique advantage and characteristic of China's army.To meet the military needs in the new era,ensure the health of the servicemen,enhance the combat capability of the troops and maintain national biosecurity,it is imperative to strengthen innovation systems of TCM in military medicine by removing the bottlenecks in basic theories,key technologies,clinical evidence⁃based medicine and drug R&D based on the combination TCM with Western medicine.Here,we review the history and achievements of military TCM and advocate,for the first time,the construction of military TCM innovation systems,both of which are based on the urgent needs of military TCM under new circumstances in order to provide theoretical support for the development of military TCM.
