陆军军人抑郁与情绪调节方式、自信的关系

Relationships of emotion regulation types and confidence with depression in army soldiers

目的探讨陆军军人抑郁与情绪调节方式、自信的关系。方法采用军人情绪调节方式量表、军人心理素质量表、抑郁自评量表对3330名陆军军人进行问卷调查。结果①低自信组陆军军人的抑郁得分显著高于高自信组(t=20.133,P<0.01);②陆军军人抑郁与情感求助、自我安慰和自信均呈显著负相关(r=-0.398^-0.356,P<0.01);自信与情感求助、自我安慰均呈显著正相关(r=0.354,P<0.01)。③中介效应模型显示,自信在减弱型情绪调节方式对陆军军人抑郁的影响中起部分中介作用。结论情绪调节方式是陆军军人抑郁的重要影响因素,自信在其中起部分中介作用。

Objective To investigate the relationships of army men’s emotion regulation types and confidence with depression.Methods 3330 army soldiers were enrolled in a survey with Army Men’s Emotion Regulation Types Questionnaire,Mental Quality Questionnaire for Army Men and Self-Rating Depression Scale.Results①Participants with lower scores of confidence had significantly higher scores in depression than those with higher scores of confidence(t=20.133,p<0.01).②Depression was negatively correlated with affective-appeal,self-comfort and confidence(r values ranged from-0.398 to-0.356,P<0.01)while confidence was positively correlated with affective-appeal and self-comfort(r=0.354,p<0.01).③Mediation modeling showed that confidence exerted mediation effect on depression affected by attenuated emotion regulation types.Conclusion Emotion regulation types are important influencing factors of depression among army soldiers,and confidence exerts mediation effect.
