合成生物学发展现状与军事应用展望 被引量:2

摘要 合成生物学作为一门多学科高度交叉融合的新型研究领域,近年正迎来飞速发展时期。合成生物学不仅在医药、化工、能源和环保等多领域具有重大的研究和应用价值,而且正在加速渗透到国防安全和武器装备研制中,具有重要的军事应用价值。该文回顾了合成生物学的发展历程和重大事件,结合文献计量学方法分析了合成生物学的国内外发展态势,探讨了合成生物学潜在的军事应用领域和生物安全问题,并提出了展望。 As a new research field with a high degree of multi-disciplinary integration,synthetic biology has been developing rapidly in recent years.Synthetic biology not only has been widely studied and used in the field of medicine,chemical industry,new energy development and environmental pollution control,but also is accelerating to penetrate into national defense security and weapon equipment development,so that it has become of important military value.In this paper,we reviewed the brief history and major events of synthetic biology,analyzed the developments by bibliometric methods,explored its potential military applications and biosafety issues,and finally outlined the prospects of this field.
