电磁辐射对小胶质细胞功能影响的研究进展

摘要 随着科学技术的飞速发展,电磁波在通讯、军事、医疗、家庭等方面的应用越来越广泛,电磁辐射对健康的影响也越来越受到人们的关注。大脑是电磁辐射最敏感的靶器官之一,小胶质细胞是脑内重要的免疫细胞,在维持脑内微环境的稳定和应对外源性、内源性刺激的过程中发挥重要作用。由于电磁辐射参数的复杂性,目前电磁辐射对小胶质细胞功能的影响还存在许多争议。该文就电磁辐射对在体小胶质细胞、原代小胶质细胞和小胶质细胞系的功能影响进行综述。 With the development of science and technology,electromagnetic waves have been widely applied in many fields,such as communication,military,medication and daily life. Therefore,the health hazard of electromagnetic radiation has attracted more attention. The brain is one of the most sensitive target organs to electromagnetic radiation. Microglia are the important immune cells in the brain and play a vital role in maintaining the homeostasis of the microenvironment and response to exogenous and endogenous stimulation. At present,there are many controversies about the effect of electromagnetic radiation on microglial functions due to the complexity of parameters of electromagnetic radiation. Here we review the progress regarding the influence of electromagnetic radiation on the functions of in vivo microglia,primary cultured microglia and microglial cell line.
