中老“和平列车-2019”人道主义医学救援联合演训医疗保障模块存在问题与对策

Medical security modules in joint training of China-Laos "Peace Train-2019" : problems and countermeasures

平战结合互为促进、相互转化是新形势下卫勤发展的新常态。反恐维稳、抢险救灾、应对突发公共卫生事件等应急医疗救援,逐渐成为机动卫勤分队的任务重点。该文通过分析中老"和平列车-2019"人道主义医学救援联合演训期间,医疗保障模块在装具功能、品量标准、信息化应用等方面存在的问题,总结经验做法,提出对策建议,为今后类似行动提供借鉴和参考。

The aim of the development of medical service under new circumstances is to promote the transformation between peace and war.Emergency medical rescue,such as anti-terrorism and stability maintenance,emergency rescue and relief,and response to public health emergencies,has gradually become the main tasks for mobile medical service detachments.The existing problems with medical security modules related to fitting function,product quantity standards and information application,during the China-Laos"Peace Train-2019"joint humanitarian medical rescue training in Laos were analyzed while experience was summed up.Countermeasures and suggestions were also offered to provide reference for similar missions in the future.
