海军某部舰艇官兵的心理及睡眠状况调查分析

Investigation of mental and sleep state of naval personnel

目的探讨海军某舰艇官兵心理健康状况及其与睡眠之间的关系。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表,对77名长航返航男性士兵进行心理状况和睡眠质量评估。结果心理调查结果显示,40.0%长航军人为心理问题阳性,水面舰艇官兵SCL-90总分及强迫、抑郁、敌对各因子分显著高于我国军人常模(P<0.05)。睡眠调查结果分析发现,62.8%舰艇长航官兵睡眠质量较差,其中PSQI总分≥7的舰员中心理问题阳性比例占48.7%,PSQI<7分官兵的阳性比例为21.4%,前者明显高于后者。相关性分析结果提示,睡眠质量与SCL-90总分、躯体化因素、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、焦虑抑郁、恐怖偏执情绪、精神病性因素呈正相关(P<0.05),与敌对情绪呈现更为显著的正相关(P<0.01)。回归分析结果发现,睡眠质量是SCL-90总分的一个重要影响因素。结论海上长航作业对舰艇官兵的心理健康产生不利影响,睡眠质量可能是影响舰员心理健康的重要因素。

Objective To investigate the psychological status and sleep state of soldiers aboard a naval warship and explore the association between mental health and sleep quality.Methods Seventy-seven male soldiers were randomly selected for the evaluation of psychological status and sleep quality using the Symptom Check List 90(SCL-90)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).Results The incidence of psychological problems among the naval personnel was40.0%.The SCL-90 total score,the scores of compulsion,depression and hostility factors of these soldiers were significantly higher than the Chinese military norm(P<0.05).The PSQI results suggested that 62.8%of the soldiers had poor sleep.In addition,48.7%of the sailors whose PSQI scores were greater than or equal to 7 had positive psychological problems,which was significantly higher than the 21.4%of the PSQI<7 soldiers.Correlation analysis results indicated that sleep quality was positively correlated with the SCL-90 total score,the somatic factors,compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,depression,terrorist and paranoid emotions,and psychiatric factors(P<0.05),and more significantly with hostile emotions(P<0.01).Regression analysis also found that sleep quality was an important factor that influenced the SCL-90 total score.Conclusion Long-time voyage has adverse effects on the mental health of naval soldiers,and sleep quality could be a key factor influencing psychological health of naval personnel.
