摘要 自1964年开始,Yoeli、Most等陆续报导了伯氏鼠疟原虫—斯氏按蚊疟疾病因性预防研究工作系统资料。1965年Landau等发现了约氏疟原虫(Plasmodium yoelii yoelii),因其具有对蚊虫感染率高、感染度强. By comparative studies on eight strains of mice,CBL/6Jax and AMS were found to be more sensitive to sporozoite-induced infection with Plasmodium yoelii yoelii By265.After an intraperitoneal inoculation of 25,000 sporozoites Per mouse,the infection rate of these two strains was 95.2%and 89.6%respectively.As an animal model for causal prophylactic studies of malaria CBL/6Jax is even superior to AMS in several aspects,e.g.more sensitive to sporozoite infection,less variable in infection rate between experiments,shorter prepatent and patent period of parasiteemia and slower increment in body weight with age.
