受60Co丙线亚致死剂量照射的大鼠细菌和霉菌感染规律

摘要 机体在照后由于全身防御系统受到损伤或破坏,抵御病源菌侵袭的能力降低[1,2,7,8],而极易发生感染[3,4]。在放射病的治疗过程中,若抗感染措施不力,机体往往会因之死亡。 Rats exposed to different doses of r-irradiation were sacrificed within 5-20 days.Blood samples from the heart and different organs such as lungs,liver,spleen and mesenteric lymph nodes were taken for bacterial culture.The results showed that the degree of bacterial infection in the blood and some organs was increased with increasing doses of irradiation.The peak of infection appeared earlier in those receiving higher doses of irradiation than those irradiated with lower doses.It was also found that in the pathogens of systemic infection,E coli and some other intestinal flora predominated,while in the pulmonary fungus infection,Aspergillus and Penicillium were found successively.
