摘要
酶联免疫吸附试验(以下简称酶联)已被用于检查数种病毒抗体,包括腺病毒,其敏感性比常规检验方法要高,用作检查临床标本中的腺病毒抗体尚未见有公开报导。我们实验室在初建酶联方法后,试用于检测70例病毒性肺炎病儿的双份血清。现将所得结果,予以简要报告。
By application of indirect method of the micro-ELISA for detection of adenovirus antibodies in paired sera of 70 cases of patients suffering from viral pneumonia,it shows higher senitivity than conventional neutralization test and complement fixation test:the positive rate of the ELISA was higher,the detection of the antibody earlier,and the antibody titer higher.Results of the blocking test confirmed the group-spcifiity of this method.Owing to the simple operation,high sensitivity,demand of rather small amount of serum specimens,this method may be recommended for epidemiological studies.
