MAPO与UDMH诱发正常人淋巴细胞姊妹染色单体互换和染色体畸变观察

摘要 细胞染色体的姊妹染色单体互换(SGE),是指哺乳动物细胞在外加5-溴脱氧胸腺嘧啶核苷(Brdu)培养中,后者掺入新合成的DNA链中胸腺嘧啶核苷位置。细胞经两个分裂周期后,一条染色单体DNA双链的一股含Brdu,另一股不含(深染),余下一条单体的DNA双链均含Brdu(浅染)。 Studies were carried out on the incidence of sister chromatid exchanges and chromosome aberrations induced in human peripheral lymphocytes from normal individuals that had been respectively treated with two different chemicals as MAPO and UDMH.As a result,one of compounds,namely MAPO showed a significant increase in the frequency of SCE.the same chemical in some higher concentrations inhibited cell growth and might increase the aberration rate of chromosome.The remaining one chemical,UDMH,that gave negative results in the chromosome aberration.All concentrations except in some higher concentrations failed to elevate the SCE frequencies.
